I made the plunge and purchased TeamSpeak3 for my phone. TeamSpeak worked perfect with zero setup, other than increasing the volume on the phone. .99 cents was a great price and worth every penny.

I am so glad we have made the change to Teamspeak. Teamspeak worked so much better, the new players were able to hop in the server using the tutorial video with zero issues yesterday.

Max, I just saw your post. Banshee and I have already setup a teamspeak server on the VPS, it is working great. Thanks for the offer anyway.

New TeamSpeak server was setup yesterday and is actively running. Banshee,and I will be working on a tutorial video today for those who are not familiar with installing and using TS (TeamSpeak). The TS server IP is the same as the BF2 server, which can be seen at the top of this website page.

As the title states, I would like to switch to TeamSpeak for our VOIP service needs (
https://teamspeak.com/en/ ).

Initially, we thought Kosmi was perfect for several reasons, Browser based, Automatic audio detection, No server needed, Small developer team that does not harvest data. Proper browser support has been truly limited to Chrome browser, and due to recent Chrome browser updates Kosmi has become more difficult to use and is especially frustrating to any new users to Kosmi. The navigation of Kosmi is no longer user friendly etc.

TeamSpeak is not without a learning curve, but it supports all platforms and once setup does not generate strange bugs. We can run our own server easily with full admin control and perfect stability. Installation is straight forward no matter the operating system; TeamSpeak can even be installed on phones.

I will work with thedarkbanshee to provide a tutorial video that will express the use and connection to a TeamSpeak server if we move in the direction of TeamSpeak.

What are your thoughts?

As a reminder, we need to start working on updating the tutorial videos for installing BFHD. Also we need to constuct tutorial videos which covers Kosmi Chat on major browsers and phone.

Any suggestion can be helpful.

Once again, I can not join the server.

With the new IP, the sever is still having problems with lost packet.

Admin user logins are not working.

Hopefully the cause of these repeating problems will get resolved soon.

When will the new server IP be posted? I would like to make progress with this project.

Wednesday is just a day that is in the middle of the week which might be a good day to play. I recognize that there are 24 timezones and that not all zones align with each other. Anyone can set anytime and any day that anyone would want others to join them on the server. There are no limits as to who, day, or time when anyone can schedule and event.
