As the title  states, I would like to switch to TeamSpeak for our VOIP service needs (
https://teamspeak.com/en/ ).  

Initially, we thought Kosmi was perfect for several reasons, Browser based, Automatic audio detection, No server needed, Small developer team that does not harvest data.  Proper browser support has been truly limited to Chrome browser, and due to recent Chrome browser updates Kosmi has become more difficult to use and is especially frustrating to any new users to Kosmi.  The navigation of Kosmi is no longer user friendly etc.

TeamSpeak is not without a learning curve, but it supports all platforms and once setup does not generate strange bugs.  We can run our own server easily with full admin control and perfect stability.  Installation is straight forward no matter the operating system; TeamSpeak can even be installed on phones.  

I will work with thedarkbanshee to provide a tutorial video that will express the use and connection to a TeamSpeak server if we move in the direction of TeamSpeak.

What are your thoughts?

Well its light, work better than kosmi, we can add several channel with info and files... until we get a full web3 website with audio video i think it gonna make things easier for everyone

This is much needed. Kosmi was really good but the updates directed at Chrome has caused numerous issues. Aung issue was fixed but other people still running into problems and all new players without me there to grand rights will definitely run into issues. TeamSpeak will absolutely resolve this and provide more options we can desperately use anyway.

it have at least a working audio with less issue than kosmi, rooms can have link, files and text, there is text message too...  i mean i told you what we need to get it all web based, the grupo social shit and we have all and more than kosmi offer but in the meantime.

New TeamSpeak server was setup yesterday and is actively running.  Banshee,and I will be working on a tutorial video today for those who are not familiar with installing and using TS (TeamSpeak).  The TS server IP is the same as the BF2 server, which can be seen at the top of this website page.

i get it in the launcher for install, i will add a webpage, clicking on it start ts3 and get you in the server right away.  and if you host ts3 on your vps wipe this out i made one on my zap hosting for you guys.   it will be much easier to manage admin right and verything.    Add me on facebook i will send you the 4dns adress for it, and create you a login to the ts3 panel to manage things.

I am so glad we have made the change to Teamspeak.  Teamspeak worked so much better, the new players were able to hop in the server using the tutorial video with zero issues yesterday.

I made the plunge and purchased TeamSpeak3 for my phone.  TeamSpeak worked perfect with zero setup, other than increasing the volume on the phone.  .99 cents was a great price and worth every penny.
